• Please note, these Giant Balloons come uninflated and are to be inflated by you with either air or helium. If you are looking to fill them up with helium then take a read of our FAQ for more details on helium.
• Detailed inflation instructions will be sent with all Giant Balloons to assist you with inflation..
• All ribbons for the Giant Balloons are satin ribbons and come all prepared ready for you to clip to the neck of your balloon. All ribbons come already tied ready to be attached to the balloon. 
• The balloon weight is handmade by ourselves, so they are heavy enough to weigh down your balloon. They will be made in the same colour as your balloon. 

All Giant Balloons will be shipped to all UK addresses by Royal Mail.

There are two delivery options at checkout. They are as follows:

• Standard Delivery:received within 3-5 working days of order
• Fast Delivery:received within 1-2 working days of order

PLEASE NOTE:

-Orders placed after 12pm will be carried over to the following working day.

-Working days are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.

-We ship Monday-Friday. We do not dispatch parcels during weekends or on bank holidays.

We only offer refunds/exchanges on unused and unopened balloons within 14 days of dispatch. Once balloons have been inflated, balloons are non returnable. Return postage has to be paid for by yourself and a refund/exchange will be made on the safe return and inspection of product.  However we will reimburse shipping costs if the return, upon inspection, is a result of our error.

Please be aware we can't be responsible for balloons bursting during or once inflated and we can't offer refunds on these used items. All balloons are checked before dispatch for any manufactural fault.
